摘要 PURPOSE: A hybrid flooring material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce floor noise by using a first film structure, a bridge polyethylene foam layer, a third low density polyethylene layer, a second aluminized film, and a second film structure. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid flooring material includes a first film structure(100), a bridge polyethylene foam layer(200), a second aluminized layer(400), a third low density polyethylene adhesion layer(300), and a second film structure(500). The first film structure improves the tensile strength of an up-down direction and a left-right direction and prints a pattern discernible in the outside at the same time. The bridge polyethylene form layer is arranged in the low part of the first film structure and blocks the movement of moisture and heat. The second aluminized film layer blocks delivered heat by reflection. The third low density polyethylene adhesion layer adheres the bridge polyethylene foam layer and the second aluminized film layer and reinforces the tensile strength of an up-down direction and a left-right direction by being arranged between the bridge polyethylene foam layer and the second aluminized film layer. The second film structure is arranged in the lower part of the second aluminized film and is fixed to the outside surface.
