PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a lighting system are provided to prevent the discoloration of an electrode or adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device is formed on a package body. An electrode(211,212) is formed on a package body and electrically connected to the light emitting device. A resin layer(240) is formed on the light emitting device. A lens(250) is formed on the resin layer. The electrode positioned between the lens and the package body has an opening part. A part of the package body is exposed by the opening part.
