PURPOSE: A PHC pile concrete composition of low carbon environment-friendly high endurance nature is provided to realize super high strength and effectively reduce carbon emission by lowering atmospheric steam curing temperature through optimal engagement ash and composition ratio. CONSTITUTION: A PHC pile concrete composition for low carbon environment-friendly and high endurance nature comprises unit combination discretion 350-450kg/m^3, unit water content 100-130kg/m^3, unit fine aggregate content 700-900kg/m^3, and unit coarse aggregate content 1100-1300kg/m^3. A binding material comprises a chemical admixture 1.0-2.5weight% which is super plasticizer based on the binding material. A fine aggregate percentage is 33-42%. A maximum size of coarse aggregate is 10-25mm. The binding material comprises fine particles of slag 1-30 parts by weight about first class of Goble lane cement of specific surface area 4500-5500cm^2/g or third class high early strength cement 70-99 parts by weight. Hydrofluoric acid gypsum is more mixed to 1-10 parts by weight with the total 100.0 of the Goble lane cement or third class high early strength cement and slag powder. |
