The invention relates to production of household candles, in particular to installations for candles processing, and to methods for processing thereof. The installation for candles processing, containing means for charging and supply of initial raw material, mean for wick supply, the unit for formation of candle core, connected with mean for supply of initial raw material and mean for wick supply, and cutting unit for formed core, comprising cutting instrument with drive mechanism, cooler, located between candle core formation unit, and packing container for reception of processed candles, which is different in that drive mechanism is made with ability of providing back-and-forth movement of cutting instrument along cut candle, and synchronous moving of linear motion of cutting instrument across the candle, wherein installation is furnished with electronic control package, made with ability of introduction and saving of installation working parameters, and with ability to provide coordination of defined length wick supply with start cutting of the formed core.The method for candles processing comprising charging of initial raw material, supply of produced candle mass into candle core formation unit, where heating of candle mass is carried out, continuous wick introduction into supplied candle mass and candle core formation, cooling and cutting of candle core into separate candles, which is different in that cutting is carried out by providing reciprocable movement of cutting instrument along cut candle, and synchronous moving cutting instrument across the candle. Thus the claimed invention represents installation for candles processing, which owing to its efficient construction and optimal selection of installation elements allows providing high quality of the finished product, computer-aided manufacturing, high installation productiveness, and thus, high economic effectiveness of installation implementation. Furthermore, the subject of invention is method for candles processing, which owing to its simplicity and optimal operations selection, carried out at process realization, and also owing to the mentioned device using, allows to provide production of high-quality finished product, and also high productivity at process realization. |
