PURPOSE: A core wobbling- prevention device of an injection mold is provided to remove the wobble of a core and an angular pine during the opening process of molds after injection molding, thereby securely preventing damage of core and a molded product caused by the interference of a under-cut part. CONSTITUTION: A core wobbling- prevention device of an injection mold includes a fixed mold(10), a movable mold(20), a core(30) and a core operating and supporting unit. The fixing mold comprises a fixing mold board(11) and a fixing mold fixing plate(12). The movable mold comprises a movable mold board(21) and a movable mold fixing plate(22). The core molds a projection(2) and a undercut part(3) of a molded product(1). The core operating and supporting unit supports the operation of the core and the prevention of the wobble of the core. |
