The system has a transfer device (1) for a thermofomable film on one side of a mold. The transfer device comprises a main body in which a gripping interface (3) is mounted for grasping the thermoformable film. The main body comprises a non-contact pre-heating unit (4) that is positioned on an opposite surface of the thermoformable film. A frame comprises an opening for authorizing a passage of a part of one of portions of the mold, where the portions cooperate for application of the system. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing molded parts.
