The door/trap has a single-piece frame (1) including U-shaped shaped left and right slides (13, 14), where the slides are connected and assembled in parallel by an upper cross-piece (15), a lower cross-piece (17), and two front cross-pieces (18, 19). A plate (2) sliding vertically in the two slides is linked via a chain (8) at an end of a rod (7) of an electric jack (3), where the plate is made of sheet metal, plastic or wood composite. The length of the rod of the jack is equal to the height of the door of between 200 and 350 mm.
