<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery in which battery performance thereof is not deteriorated significantly even when a flame retardant agent layer is formed. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolyte battery, a positive electrode active material layer is formed on at least one of a front surface or a rear surface of a positive electrode collector, as a positive electrode plate of the nonaqueous electrolyte battery, and a flame retardant agent layer is formed on a surface of the positive electrode active material layer to configure the positive electrode plate 3, the flame retardant agent layer including a cyclic phosphazene compound bound with polyvinylidene fluoride. The content of the cyclic phosphazene compound relative to the weight of the positive electrode active material layer is 3.5-7.5 wt.%, and the content of the polyvinylidene fluoride relative to the weight of the cyclic phosphazene compound is 15-25 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
