<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object identification device that can be downsized and identifies an object by energy intensity of light. <P>SOLUTION: The object identification device includes a detector 1 having plural detection units 2 that are formed on the same semiconductor substrate 21 and detect light having a plurality of wavelengths emitted from an object, a storage unit 5 for storing respective energy intensities in the plurality of wavelengths, and a processing unit 4 for identifying the object by comparing the energy intensities of light detected by the plural detection units 2 with the energy intensity stored in the storage unit 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
