<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a screen corresponding to a skill level of a user while preventing increase of development costs and development time. <P>SOLUTION: A display screen conversion device 100 is communicatively interconnected with an application server 300 and client terminals 200 via a network. The display screen conversion device 100 comprises: a determination unit for determining a skill level according to prestored reference each time operation history information is transmitted from the client terminal; a screen conversion unit for converting an input screen according to the prestored reference and the skill level each time an input screen is transmitted from the application server; and a conversion screen transmission unit for transmitting the converted input screen to the client terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
