<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve waterproofness in a terminal box of a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: One end of wiring 22 provided on a light-receiving surface of a solar cell element 14 is passed through a hole 24 provided in the solar cell element 14 and the substrate 18 and is pulled into a terminal box 12a, 12b disposed on a rear surface of the solar cell module 10. The hole 24 is filled with a first sealing material 30 made of a butyl resin or a polyisobutylene resin.
