<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin irritation relieving agent for cosmetics extremely effectively suppressing sensory stimulation of skin caused by chemical contact of the skin with a cosmetic composition, and to provide the cosmetic composition mixed with such a skin irritation relieving agent for cosmetics and alleviating skin irritation. <P>SOLUTION: The skin irritation relieving agent for cosmetics containing caffeine and 4-t-butylcyclohexanol is mixed and combined with the cosmetic composition, or used prior to use of the cosmetic composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
