<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow print instructions to be issued to a printing apparatus by using print related information containing a print related value that is a value related to printing exceeding a predetermined value. <P>SOLUTION: When a large-volume setting section for setting whether or not large-volume printing is performed is checked, a value 1 is set to a large-volume flag F and the value 1 and a number of prints in Devmode are written in a Private region. When print instructions are issued to a printer, in a case where the large-volume flag F has a value 0, the print instructions are issued to the printer by using the Devmode including a number of prints in a Public region (S320). In a case where the large-volume flag F has the value 1, the print instructions are issued to the printer by using the Devmode including a number of prints in the Private region (S330).
