<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device system easily performing both the operation of bending a bent section and the operation of advancing and retreating, and rotating of a treatment instrument. <P>SOLUTION: An endoscope includes: an overtube 2 including an insertion section 30 having an apical end and a base end, and an inner space extended from the apical end to the distal end; a branch member 33 which is provided in the base end of the insertion section 30 and where an opening is formed in communication with the inner space to be separated in an outer radial direction from a longitudinal axis of the insertion section 30; an insertion section 110 which includes an apical end with a bendable bent section and a base end turnably fixed to the opening of the branch member 33, where the base end extends from the longitudinal axis of the insertion section 30 of the branch member 33 in an outer radial separation direction, and which is reciprocatably provided in the inner space of the insertion member 30; and an operation section 130 which is provided in the base section of the insertion section 110 and is turnably provided in the insertion section 30 around the longitudinal axis of the insertion section 30 to perform the operation of bending the bent section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
