METHOD FOR RECOVERING METAL IN CEMENT MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently recovering metal such as selenium from chlorine bypass dusts generated in a cement manufacturing process.

SOLUTION: The method for recovering metal from chlorine bypass dusts is characterized by including an elution process of eluting metal by cleaning the chlorine bypass dusts generated in a cement manufacturing process with an aqueous solution of an elution auxiliary agent obtained by selecting at least one from the group composed of the hydroxide of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal, the oxo acid salt of the alkali metal and alkaline earth metal, organic acid and organic acid salt, water soluble carbonate and strong acid.
