<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure which inhibits sparks flying out from a semiconductor module from spattering to the exterior of a body without increasing the number of components and the costs. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter device includes: a body; a vent hole; a radiator; a semiconductor module; and a substrate. Further, the inverter device includes at least one of a first structure and a second structure. In the first structure, the semiconductor module is removably attached to the radiator by a fixing member, the substrate has multiple holes facing the fixing member, and a cover member integrally has a closing part closing the holes. In a second structure, a box member integrally has a partition wall, which has a window part allowing the semiconductor module to pass through and divides the radiator from the substrate, and a shield part which is located at the outer side of the semiconductor module and closes a space between the partition wall and the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
