<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows reduction in manufacturing cost and allows easy installation of a current sensor to AC bus bars. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 each having power terminals 20, a plurality of AC bus bars 33 connected to the power terminals 20, a frame 40, a terminal block 41, and a current sensor 5. The frame 40 and the terminal block 41 are integrally formed to each other to constitute one resin molding 4. The plurality of AC bus bars 33 and the resin molding 4 are separately formed. The plurality of AC bus bars 33 are fastened to the resin molding 4. The current sensor 5 is fixed to the terminal block 41 at a position closer to the frame 40 than to a mounting surface 42. Some of AC bus bars 33a and 33c among the plurality of AC bus bars 33 are inserted into through holes 50 formed in the current sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
