PURPOSE: A health beverage is provided to contain functional components including polyphenol, antocyanine, rutin, and abundant mineral content by having silk worm, mulberry leaf, and Mori ramulus as raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A silk worm is grown by using mulberry leaves after cultivating by foliar application or drip irrigation by dilating four types of combined fertilizers containing calcium chloride, calcium phosphate, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, zinc oxide, blue vitriol, inorganic iron, iron sulfate, ferric citract, magnesium silicate, third phosphoric acid ammonium, and boron in 100-200 times as much water. The mulberry leaves and Mori ramulus are collected, washed, dried, and crushed. 10-20% of dried silk worms, 30-50% of mulberry leaves, 30-50% of mori ramulus are mixed and plasticized at a temperature over 100 deg. C. The composition is pulverized into a powder of 200 mesh or less with a pulverizer, and 0.1-8% of powder is mixed with 92-99% of distilled water to form ion mineral alkaline solution with a pH of 10-13. The compound containing one selected from ion mineral alkaline, silk worm, mulberry leaves, Mori ramulus, mulberry, jujube, jujube leaves, Phellimus baumi, ginseng bean, barley, unpolished rice, corn, chicory, Ganoderma lucidem, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, Chinese matrimony vine, angular Solomon`s seal, Cornus fruit, buckwheat, green tea, safflower seed, cassia seed, chaga mushroom, chestnut, pine nut, Siberian gooseberry, grape, apple, pear, peach, tangerine, Rubus coreanus fruit, raspberry, pomegranate, barrenwort, wood-cultivated ginseng, Korean angelica root, cnidium, wilfordi root, silkworm Cordyceps militaris, licorice, fruit of maximowiczia typical, acanthopanax, corni, kalopanax pictus nakai, Aucommia ulmoides leaves, Hovenia dulcis, poison ivy, white forsythia, silk amino acid, Chinese osage orange, and Chinese osage orange fruit are heated and then cooled. After inserting the filtered mixture into a deoxidation refining tank to deoxidize for 5-10 hours and letting sit for 10-24 hours, a supernatant is obtained. Citric acid, thiamin, vitamin B1,vitamin B2, vitamin D, vitamin C, and taurine are mixed with the supernatant to obtain a health beverage.
