<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a superb start-up property of a fuel cell without performing a complicated and time-taking shutdown treatment. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell system 100 provided with a fuel cell 1 generating power by electrochemical reaction of reaction gas, gas piping systems 300, 400 for supplying reaction gas to the fuel cell 1, and a control part 700 carrying out change of a supply state of the reaction gas and adjustment of moisture volume in the fuel cell 1 in accordance with power generation demand, the control part 700 anticipates a minimum temperature the fuel cell can reach at the next restarting based on environment information of a mobile unit loading the fuel cell system 100, and controls a moisture volume of the fuel cell 1 within a range where restarting is possible even in the case of the anticipated minimum temperature. It is preferable to control so that a moisture volume of the fuel cell 1 becomes the largest within a range where restarting is possible even at the anticipated minimum temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
