<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly read out a low quality image. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: reading means (1) which reads out an image including at least one identifier among a plurality of types of identifiers, and outputs raw image data; determination means (203 to 208) which determines image quality of the raw image data on the basis of the identifier data read from the raw image data; correction means (209) which corrects the raw image data and outputs the corrected image data only when the determination means determines that image quality of the raw image data is low; and recognition processing means (210) which outputs a recognition result by performing recognition processing on the raw image data or the corrected image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
