<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-durability electrophotographic photoreceptor having extremely high wear-resistance to repeated use and excellent electrical characteristics and gas resistance, capable of suppressing an image defect of white spots through preventing an external additive such as silica from sticking into the photoreceptor and capable of maintaining an image output with high picture quality for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises at least a photosensitive layer on a conductive supporting body. An outermost surface layer of the photosensitive layer comprises a three-dimensionally crosslinked film obtained by polymerizing, using an acid catalyst, a compound made of: an electrical charge transport compound having an aromatic ring and at least three methylol groups at the aromatic ring; and an electrical charge transport compound expressed by general formula (1) below. The outermost surface layer includes an inorganic filler and an acid dispersant. (In the general formula, Ar<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and Ar<SB POS="POST">2</SB>each represent an unsubstituted phenyl group or unsubstituted naphthyl group. Ar<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and Ar<SB POS="POST">2</SB>may be identical or different.
