The invention relates to a slave cylinder for a hydraulic disengagement system of a friction clutch of vehicles, having a cylinder housing, which is arranged concentrically with respect to a gear input shaft, and a guide sleeve, which is provided in a longitudinal bore of the cylinder housing and is radially spaced therefrom in order to form a circular ring-shaped pressure chamber. An annular piston, on the pressure chamber-side of which a seal is arranged, is guided in the pressure chamber in an axially displaceable manner. The seal consists of a seal carrier assembly connected to the annular piston and a sealing element received in an aperture of the seal carrier assembly. According to the invention, at least one ventilation hole is provided in the seal carrier assembly.
