<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the work for covering a power storage element to be easily conducted when the power storage element is covered by insulation members formed by an electric insulation material. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage element, which is formed by laminating a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, is disposed in a housing BC, and insulation members 22, 23, formed by an electric insulation material, are disposed between an inner wall surface of the housing BC and the power storage element.
