<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load produced when a teleworker participates in informal communication that occurs in a predetermined space such as an office. <P>SOLUTION: A communication detection device 20 obtains position information from a position transmitter 10, and obtains an image and/or voice in a communication detection target space. The communication detection device 20 detects communication conforming to a predetermined criterion as informal communication on the basis of the position information and the image and/or voice in the communication detection object space, and generates communication occurrence information. Communication detail information including the communication occurrence information and map information of the communication detection object space is transmitted to a robot 30. The robot 30 obtains surrounding images and voice, and transmits the communication occurrence information and the surrounding images and voice to a user terminal 40. The user terminal 40 receives selection of the informal communication in which a user is to participate from the user, generates participation reception information and transmits it to the robot 30.
