PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy setting of an operating condition.

SOLUTION: An MFP communicable with a mobile information device includes: a position detection unit 53 for detecting the position of the mobile information device among a plurality of predetermined installation positions; a data reception unit 59 for receiving data from the mobile information device; a setting unit 57 for setting the operating condition; and according to the operating condition set by the setting unit 57, an image formation control unit 67 for forming an image on a form on the basis of the received data. The setting unit 57 includes a position reference setting unit 71 for setting a predetermined operation condition associated with the installation position detected by the position detection unit 53.
