<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a display panel capable of obscuring a deviation in a connected portion of an exposure mask in a partition when performing division exposure. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a display panel includes: a first step of forming a partition layer 311 on a substrate 320; a second step of exposing the partition layer 311 using a first exposure mask 10 having the mask pattern corresponding to a blue opening 310B; a third step of exposing the partition layer 311 using a second exposure mask 20 having the mask pattern corresponding to a red opening 310R and a green opening 310G; a fourth step of forming a partition 310 by forming the red opening 310R, the green opening 310G, and the blue opening 310B on the partition layer 311 by removing the partition layer 311; and a fifth step of forming a light-emitting layer 341 on each opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
