<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method which indicate whether an installation place of an image forming device is changed to a user without increasing costs and a network communication load. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor stores location information of an image forming device, and acquires current location information of the image forming device upon generating and transmitting print data to the image forming device. On the basis of the stored location information and the acquired current location information, the information processor determines whether the image forming device has moved. When the image forming device has moved, the information processor displays a screen for a user to give an instruction whether to perform printing.
