<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy by maintaining constant output torque of an internal combustion engine for propelling a ship. <P>SOLUTION: Load torque Qa calculated based on a detection signal from a load torque detector 22a is compared with a variation reference value Qs of load torque imposed on a power transmission path 12, a power generation amount by a generator motor 14 is decreased when the load torque Qa is larger than the variation reference value Qs, and the power generation amount is increased when the load torque Qa is smaller than the variation reference value Qs. When the load torque Qa is larger than the variation reference value Qs, assist output of the generator motor 14 is increased, and when the load torque Qa is smaller than the variation reference value Qs, the assist output is decreased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
