<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that an electric vehicle is driven by a dedicated battery, there is a limit in a travel distance, a considerable time is required for charging, and a use range thereof is restricted, thereby preventing expansion of a market. <P>SOLUTION: The travel distance of an electric vehicle that is limited by draining of battery can be elongated by exchanging the drained battery, to achieve long-distance driving. By introducing this business model, the electric vehicle having a problem in the travel distance can obtain safe and long-distant drive to expand the market. The expansion in the market causes a rapid progress in the electric vehicle and the car battery and consequently decrease the prices thereof.
