<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens adapter capable of successfully photographing an image. <P>SOLUTION: A lens adapter that connects a lens barrel 3 and a camera body 2 by being interposed between the lens barrel 3 and the camera body 2 comprises: a first communication part 51 for communicating with the lens barrel 3; a second communication part 51 for communicating with the camera body 2; a storage part 52 for storing an open side limit value, representing a limit value on an open side of a diaphragm value of an optical system, for each kind of lens barrel 3, in a case where a focus state of the optical system is detected; an identification part 51 for allowing the first communication part 51 to acquire lens information from the lens barrel 3 and, based on the lens information, identifying a kind of lens barrel; and a transmission part 51 for allowing the second communication part 51 to transmit an open side limit value corresponding the identified kind of lens barrel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
