PURPOSE: A fast focal plane image scanning device using a stepped lens is provided to obtain information about the same focal distance using the stepped lens and obtain the same focal size. CONSTITUTION: A focus lens(200) is located in a lower portion of a light source unit(100). The focus lens integrates light sources of the light source unit. A first scanning mirror(300) and a second scanning mirror(400) vary the route of light. The first scanning mirror and the second scanning mirror revolve around each central point at a fixed angle. A stepped lens(500) is located on a scan target object(600). The thickness of the side of the stepped lens facing the scan target object gets thinner from the central portion of the side to the external surface of the side. |
