PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed and high sensitive measurement by a simple structure.

SOLUTION: A detection target substance measuring device 1 includes: a plurality of enzyme sensors 10 for detecting detection target substances; obtaining means 20 for obtaining a detection value and a base line value by a reference sensor which is not contacted with the detection target substances, of the plurality of the enzyme sensors 10, and obtaining a detection value and a base line value by a detection sensor which is in contact with the detection target substances; and density calculating means 30 for calculating the density of the detection target substances on the basis of an obtained result by the obtaining means 20. The obtaining means 20 can simultaneously obtain the detection value by the reference sensor and the detection value by the detection sensor. The density calculating means 30 calculates the density of the detection target substances, on the basis of a ratio of difference between the detection value and the base line value by the detection sensor which are obtained by the obtaining means 20 to difference between the detection value and the base line value by the reference sensor which are obtained by the obtaining means 20.
