<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high strength block for a retaining wall, by which filling shortage of a concrete material is eliminated, and to provide a block for a retaining wall. <P>SOLUTION: A formwork 30 of a block 10 for a retaining wall is constituted of a bottom frame 31, side frames 32 which are erected from an edge of the bottom frame 31 and face each other and a core 40 which is stretched between the side frames 32. The concrete material 1 is charged in the formwork 30 from an open surface 34 facing the bottom frame 31 and then mold stamping is performed from an open surface 34 side to produce the block 10 for the retaining wall. In this method for producing the block for the retaining wall, the core 40 is formed of a mountain folding surface 41 formed to about a convex form toward the open surface 34 and a valley folding surface 42 formed to about the convex form toward the bottom frame 31. The charged concrete material 1 is made to slide on the mountain folding surface 41 and is accumulated in the bottom frame 31 and then the accumulated concrete material 1 is inclined and is filled into between the valley folding surface 42 and the bottom frame 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
