<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for a cryogenic apparatus, which can reduce deterioration in condensation heat transfer characteristics due to the thermal resistance of a liquid film. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator is configured such that a heat exchanger 7 in which a plurality of fins 7b are formed at an outer peripheral side surface of a substantially cylindrical body 7a, is thermally connected to a second stage 6. The refrigerator is mounted to a superconductive magnet to condense helium gas generated with vaporized liquid helium used for the superconductive magnet by the heat exchanger 7. The refrigerator includes a discharging port 7e for pouring the liquid helium generated with the helium gas condensed by the heat exchanger 7 to a cavity 7d from a groove 7c formed between the plurality of fins 7b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
