A multi-layer textile (1) comprises a first layer (2) of textile, a second layer (3) of textile and an intermediate layer (4) interposed between the first layer (2) and the second layer (3), the intermediate layer (4) being a layer of calendered textile. The intermediate layer (4) is formed by a plurality of threads (5) having a substantially oval cross-section, the threads (5) being arranged in such a way that a larger dimension (L) of said substantially oval cross-section is in a plane defined by the intermediate layer (4). |
