<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for which a complicated mechanism for absorbing impact from a rotary machine is not required and in which a pedal can be rotated while absorbing impact. <P>SOLUTION: A stress comes from a rotary machine to a pedal 4 connected to a crank 1 to which the stress is transferred from the rotary machine, the stress is transferred to a tension spring 3, and the stress coming from the rotary machine is reduced. Furthermore, pressure is transferred to a pin joint 5 while pulling the spring 3 through the pedal 4. The pin joint 5 is loaded with rotation moment and pressure from the pedal and a difference of pressure loaded to the pedal from a tensile force applied to the tension spring 3 is energized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
