Disclosed is a marine structure comprising: an empty conical main body (100); a plurality of columns (200) protruding in a vertical direction from an inner surface of the main body (100); and a plurality of pile installation portions (300) protruding from the outer surfaces of each of the plurality of columns (200) at the lower end of the main body (100), wherein each of the pile installation portions has at the core thereof a pile installation hole (301). According to the present invention, sufficient structural stability may be achieved without excessive effort or manufacturing and construction costs.
