<p>The embodiments of the present invention relate to the electronic communication field, especially a method and mobile terminal for configuring the application mode. In the method and equipment provided by the embodiments of the present invention, because the mobile terminal detects the physical material which is contacted presently by the terminal, the detected physical material is compared with that saved in the terminal; when the detected physical material is the same as that saved in the terminal, the application mode of the terminal is configured as that corresponding to the physical material saved in the terminal, so that the user manual configuration for the application mode of the terminal can be omitted, thus the problem of complex operation of configuring the application mode is solved. So the method and equipment provided by the embodiments of the present invention can configure the application mode of the terminal automatically according to detected physical material which is contacted presently by the terminal, thus simplifying the operation of configuring the application mode.</p> |
