<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing an oil-and-fat composition in which crystallization is suppressed at low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing purified oil-and-fat composition includes the following steps of (1), (2) and (3): a step (1) for cooling an oil-and-fat composition within a range of the cloud point thereof from +0 to +10°C; a step (2) for contacting the cooled oil-and-fat composition with air bubbles; and a step (3) for separating the foamed part formed by the previous step from a liquid part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
