<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylenic resin composition satisfying all of excellent transparency, impact resistance and molding processability. <P>SOLUTION: This propylenic resin composition comprises: 40-99 pts.wt. of a propylenic (co)polymer (I) having specific molecular weight distribution (Q<SB POS="POST">1</SB>); 1-50 pts.wt. of a propylenic copolymer (II) having specific molecular weight distribution (Q<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) provided that Q<SB POS="POST">1</SB>/Q<SB POS="POST">2</SB>≥1 (total 100 pts.wt.); and 0.01-2.0 pts.wt. of a nucleating agent expressed by general formula (1), provided that n is an integer of 0-2; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>to R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>are each a substituent; and R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>is an alkyl group.
