<p>There is provided a shaft (10) having a lower end (11) formed by cutting a point. A slide hammer sleeve (12) is closed at its upper end by a hammer cap (13) mounting a display mounting post (14) and a pair of dolly handles (15). The shaft (10) has an upper anvil end (17) having welded inserts (20) forming anvil surface with the anvil end (17) and at their lower end an extraction anvil. A mass-adding liner sleeve (18) is located within the sleeve (12). An extraction hammer plate (21) has an axial aperture (22) and is welded to the bottom end of the sleeve (12). A pair of spaced lugs (23) have opposed apertures which cooperate with a limit pin receiving aperture (16) to retain the sleeve (12) to the shaft 10 in the fully driven position by means of retaining pin assembly (25).</p> |
