摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral administration preparation which can efficiently increase plasmalogen in blood or lymph by oral ingestion and has satisfactory preservability.

SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by an oral administration preparation in blood or lymph including 1-alkylether type phospholipid as an active constituent. According to the oral administration preparation, diseases which is preventable or treatable by the increase in plasmalogen can be effectively prevented or treated.
