<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable composition (a coating composition for instance) useful for forming an organic semiconductor excellent in conductivity, solvent resistance, heat resistance, and durability or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The crosslinkable composition includes: an aromatic aldehyde compound having one or two or more formyl groups; an aromatic heterocyclic compound having two or more unmodified α-carbon positions adjacent to the heteroatom of a heterocyclic ring; and an acid generator (a photoacid generator or the like). The composition is applied to a substrate, and is heat-treated, and thereby an organic semiconductor having a three-dimensional crosslinkable structure is formed. The organic semiconductor with a given pattern can be formed by performing pattern exposing, heat-treating, and developing after applying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
