FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: drive has an optical reading head system. The optical reading head system consists of the head itself and a fast random access system. The fast random access system consists of a slider on which the head is mounted, two counterweights placed at an angle of 120° to the head, a spring for reverse movement of the piston and counterweights. The system used for loading and positioning the disc is a pneumatic chamber filled with spherical material. On the working surface of the pneumatic chamber there is a row of openings whose centres lie on a circle. The flywheel rotary drive has a cylindrical pulley which is placed on a pneumatic bearing which ensures constancy of the gap between the head and the disc.EFFECT: maximum reduction or virtually complete elimination of roar and vibration of the CD.2 dwg |
