<p>PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the optical efficiency of a metal oxide fuel cell by blocking three-valent iodine ions from the surface of metal oxide. CONSTITUTION: A polymer thin film is fixed to metal oxide. The polymer thin film is formed by adsorbing dye molecule and reactive adsorbent to the metal oxide with monomer and cross-linking agent. The polymer thin film is a porous thin film.</p>
