PURPOSE: An image and sound transceiver including an ATA(Actual Time of Arrival) function is provided to connect an analog line to an Internet phone by using the ATA function. CONSTITUTION: A board is formed inside a body(100). The board includes a wireless apparatus unit, an AP(Access Point) apparatus unit, an ATA apparatus unit, and a phone connection port connected to the ATA apparatus unit. The body is connected to a television(300) through the phone connection port. The wireless apparatus unit connects to the Internet. The AP apparatus unit connects to an Internet phone by allocating a generated address to a connecting apparatus(1).
