<p>PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a heat resistant fiber grid with high intensity is provided to improve the contact point intensity at the crossing point where a warp and a weft intersect in the grid by using the attachment method with strong adhesives at the crossing point, contrary to the conventional method of strengthening the bonding strength of a thermoplastic resin by merely the welding area of the thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing a heat resistant fiber grid with high intensity comprises the following steps:(a) step of weaving and knitting a reinforcing fiber(110) in the weft direction and a reinforcing fiber(120) in the warp direction by crossing each other, and producing a grid structure fabric(100) by coating strong adhesives(130) at the crossing point of the reinforcing fiber in the weft direction and the reinforcing fiber in the warp direction;(b) step of hardening the grid structure fabric coated with strong adhesives;(c) step of impregnating a thermosetting polymer resin into the hardened grid structure fabric by passing the grid structure fabric through a sizing bath which contains the thermosetting polymer resin; and(d) step of thermosetting said grid structure fabric where the thermosetting polymer resin is impregnated. The thermosetting polymer resin is epoxy resin, phenol resin or PVA resin.</p> |
