PURPOSE: A template manufacturing method for implant operation and sleeve bracket using the same are provided to induce for implant to have correct placement according to alveolar bone structure of each patient. CONSTITUTION: A template manufacturing method for implant operation comprises a modeling step of manufacturing dental model(1) by obtaining teeth and gum status of the patient; a model cutting step of cutting dental model by position of implant operation on the dental model; and a construction step of constructing direction of implant or the alveolar bone structure on the side of the cut dental model. The template is processed to induce the correct implant placement according to the alveolar bone structure of each individual patient.
