摘要 PURPOSE: A planar light wave circuit device of a periodic lattice structure using phase conjugate and high group refractive index is provided to automatically compensate signal distortion due to chromatic dispersion without an additional compensation device by generating phase conjugate wave using a one dimensional photonic crystal of a periodic lattice structure. CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide device includes an input light generation unit(110) and an optical waveguide(120). The input light generation unit generates input light simultaneously inputting pump light and signal light to an optical waveguide by combining pump light and signal light through wavelength multiplexing. The optical waveguide includes a one dimensional photonic crystal of a periodic lattice structure and compensates signal distortion of the input light by generating phase conjugate using the input light passing the one dimensional photonic crystal.
