PURPOSE: A device and an SNS(Social Network Service) uploading method of an image file of the device are provided to generate an image file in an image reading device and upload the image file to an SNS site by using one application. CONSTITUTION: A communication interface unit(130) is connected with an image reading device and a control unit(110) controls the communication interface unit. The control unit controls an application to display record information on a UI screen of the application displayed on a display unit(155). The control unit selects an image file from the record information and selects an SNS site to upload the image file to the SNS site. The record information is generated by corresponding to a first image file uploaded to the SNS site, a second image file not uploaded to the SNS site, or a third image file stored in a storage unit(140) and uploaded to the SNS site.
